The hardest part of running CV in the real world isn't the model. It's the day the model stops working and nobody notices. We are three operators who got tired of stitched-together stacks and a pager that lied to us. Upstream is the system we wished we'd had.

We do not ship a model and walk away. We ship the system that keeps the model honest after weather, dust, sun-angles, and Tuesday afternoons.
Own the whole pipeline.
Ingest, inference, rules, events, review. The only way to explain a false alert at 03:14 is to own every layer it passed through.
Demos are the easy case.
Every CV product works in the demo. We measure how the same rule holds up at the same camera six months later in February rain.
